Safeguarding your information
AImoji uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.
Depending on the product and infrastructure, these safeguards may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, managed secrets, activity logging, secure development practices, and regular software updates.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We continuously review our systems and improve our safeguards as our products and user community grow.
Infrastructure Security
Monitoring and access controls
We use access controls and infrastructure monitoring appropriate to each service. Access to production systems and personal information is limited to authorized purposes.
Where enabled, automated protections may help identify suspicious activity, malicious traffic, automated abuse, and repeated unauthorized access attempts.

Privacy and Data Minimization
Collecting less, explaining clearly
AImoji designs its products to minimize unnecessary collection and retention of personal information.
Each product’s Privacy Policy explains:
- What information is collected;
- Why it is collected;
- How it is used and retained;
- Which service providers may process it;
- Whether it is sold or shared;
- How users can request access, correction, or deletion; and
- Which privacy rights may apply based on the user’s location.

California Privacy
AImoji respects the privacy rights available to California residents.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to AImoji or a particular service, eligible users may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise their rights without discriminatory treatment.
